The gorgeous lantern display (called Illuminasia) got a shock this weekend with several days of wet sticky chilly snow.
Part of the display was (fortunately as these were favorites of mine last year) a repeat of the Amur Tiger lanterns but in a new setting. The display was split into the seasons and the Tigers were set up in “Winter”.
Tigers in Winter? Yes absolutely (little fact – the Amur Tiger is the northernmost tiger and is able to live in temperatures that drop to minus 40).
Brrrr… that’s still a ways off for me and mine thankfully.
