Improper Humour

My brother and I were lounging watching TV and Rusty had come by to snuggle a bit and get a tummy rub.  He then got casually down and walked towards the cat door nonchalantly.  He got half way through the cat door and then it was like when the front half with his brain was through the door then it couldn’t talk to the back half of his body and he was trapped.

He backed up and “got it together” and then left with a pretense of total collected calm.

Once he was way down the hallway – we both started laughing uncontrollably.  SO WRONG (as it was just the evening after his dental surgery and obviously there was still some anesthetic hangover).

Sometimes things that shouldn’t – just strike you funny.

The next morning (pictured below) – he was very hesitant at the door – but made it through no worries.

Aww, poor Rusty. Doors can be hard to figure out sometimes! Olive will sit at the catio door sometimes and paw at it for literally 15 minutes. Sometimes I go down and hold it open so she’ll come inside because it’s loud when she does that and it’s right beneath my bedroom window! 🙂

That reminds me of one of the kitty doors that neither of them like to use – the one to the laundry room. Yes they paw at the door jam rather than crawl through it… sigh… usually I open the door. You and I are both slaves 😉
