Eurasian Lynx

Today’s “guest kitty” is the highly interactive young male Eurasian Lynx at the Calgary Zoo.  The keepers at the zoo say that Kazan readily identifies them and will chatter at them going by.  He keeps tabs on any of the animals that are out for a walk with the keepers (he particularly likes watching the little boars walking on their leads – must look tasty).

Kazan will run back and forth with me sometimes at the fence line or will play peek-a-boo from around the tree trunks.
